Fedics Site Services, a subsidiary of Tsebo Outsourcing Group, was awarded ISO 9001:2008 certification, an internationally recognised standard for quality management systems ensuring a customer-centric focus and control systems for vital business disciplines from HR to finance.
A total of five Fedics’ sites were accredited by PwC’s Certification and Accreditation Division with all major sites expected to follow suit. The accreditation enhances various methodologies to improve quality standards, labour efficiency, food safety, customer service, health and safety awareness as well as the overall profitability of the business.
