The Facilities Management Expo 2019 is a renowned gathering of professional minds in the Facilities Management industry and Tsebo was proud to be an integral part of this year’s event that took place at the Gallagher Convention Centre, Johannesburg, South Africa, from 14 to 16 May. Apart from exhibiting at the expo, Tsebo had the opportunity to engage key stakeholders and customers at the largest event of its kind on the continent.
Andile Mgudlwa, Tsebo’s Facilities Management’s Sales Director, led the team at this year’s event and believes that the event was a great opportunity for the team to exhibit the new Tsebo brand and talk to current and prospective customers about how Tsebo can increase their workplace productivity.
Mgudlwa says, “We are excited to showcase our multifaceted and innovative service offerings to customers. We are no longer just a facilities management company; we offer our customers integrated workplace management solutions that support their success”.
With the current unfavourable economic climate, businesses cannot only rest on ‘business as usual’, they need to think out of the box and come up with creative ways to get close to their customers’ needs and for the industry to notice them.
“At this year’s gathering, we also promoted our advanced energy saving technologies as well as our office relocation solutions”, said Mgudlwa.
More-and-more companies have begun to adopt energy saving as a matter of good business practice in a world with extensively high and volatile energy prices. Tsebo has proven technologies that can help businesses to understand their consumption in real-time, optimise energy, reduce CO2 emissions and save costs.
Tsebo’s Office Relocation Solution, Backbone Management, supports businesses through the challenge of changing workplaces, whilst assuring zero downtime for customers. “We are proud to be the company that carries out some of the largest office moves in South Africa, but for us, no business is too small”, says Mgudlwa.
To build a strong, resilient and successful business, every little aspect counts, including stakeholder engagement and marketing. While marketers value the powerful opportunity trade shows provide for onsite sales, valuable sales leads and increased brand awareness, they also know the importance of selecting the right stakeholder platform to further engage stakeholders.
Mgudlwa concludes, “We really enjoyed exchanging knowledge about the latest trends, products, and legislation in the industry and believe the Facilities Management Expo 2019 provided us with the exact sales and marketing opportunity we were looking for as a business. We appreciate all the stakeholders and customers that visited our stand and we look forward to working together in the future”.
